What We Do
We're a booking service, not a tree crew. A call or form submission gets scoped for what's happening and where, and then matched to an independently owned tree company in our network that's free, close by, and set up for that job. Nobody on our payroll climbs a tree, runs a chipper, or grinds a stump — that part is always handled by the partner company we connect you with.
The Partner Company
Once we've matched a job, the company doing the actual removal, trim, or grind is its own business, entirely separate from Tree Service Allen Woods Co. Your agreement for the tree work is with them, not us — they write the scope, do the climbing and cutting, and send you the bill once it's done. Whatever warranty comes with the work is theirs to set and stand behind.
Payments
Every dollar for tree work goes straight to the company that did it. We never invoice a customer or take a payment ourselves for removal, trimming, stump grinding, or any other service on this site. A billing question belongs with the company that did the job.
Quotes and Pricing
We don't set prices, and we don't guarantee a number or a date on this site or over the phone. The company assigned to your job gives a written quote before touching a tool, and that quote — not anything said on the intake call — is what you're agreeing to pay. Ask them to walk through it line by line if anything's unclear before you sign off.
Complaints and Problems
Something not sit right after the crew leaves? Go back to the company that did the work first; they're best placed to fix it and usually will. Still stuck? Call (469) 991-2798 and we'll push on it from our end. We can't promise a specific fix, since the contract for the tree work sits with them, not us — but we won't drop it either.
Our Responsibility
What we're on the hook for is limited: taking your call, understanding the job, and arranging a booking with a company able to do it. We're not responsible for how that company performs the work, prices it, schedules it, or conducts itself, as far as the law allows. Nothing here cuts into any right you have under Texas or federal law that can't legally be waived.
